Heater Control Panel Not Displaying?
💬 Licensed help for no-display issues.
Select your issue:
If your gas heater suddenly has no display: This typically indicates a power or PCB issue. It means your heater is not starting up at all.
Common causes:
- Power supply cut or tripped breaker
- Faulty transformer or fuse
- Aged or damaged Printed Circuit Board (PCB)
📞 Quick checks before calling for help:
- Ensure the wall switch is on.
2. Check for power at the isolator.
3. Inspect the unit for burn marks, water droplets or smell of burnt plastic.
Do NOT:
- Attempt to open the control board casing
- DIY electrical work unless you’re licensed
Solution: Engage an experienced LGSW. If the PCB is damaged or if the heater is over 5 years old, replacing the unit may be safer and cheaper.
