Gas Water Heater: Plumbing Work Warranty

Gas Water Heater Plumbing Work Warranty

1 year on-site warranty on all plumbing works — what it covers, how it works, and what triggers a callback.

What is covered

The plumbing work warranty covers all water-related workmanship performed by Homeone during the gas water heater replacement. This includes the water pipe stop valve (S/N 7), the water pipe replacement and all fittings (S/N 8), and all water connections made during the installation.

If any water leak develops at any joint or connection within Homeone’s scope of work within 365 days of the installation date, Homeone dispatches a technician to rectify the problem at zero cost to the customer.

Response time

Next business day response. Water leaks are treated as priority callbacks.

Plumbing Work Covered for a Full Year — Ask Us How

What triggers a callback

Water leak at any pipe joint or fitting within Homeone’s scope of work

Stop valve failure (not closing, leaking, handle broken)

Restricted water flow traced back to Homeone’s pipe or fitting installation

Any plumbing issue traced back to workmanship on the components Homeone installed

What is not covered

Water leaks at pipes or fittings outside Homeone’s scope of work (beyond the replaced section)

Water supply pressure issues from the mains (PUB’s responsibility)

Damage caused by third-party work on the plumbing after Homeone’s handover

Water heater internal faults (covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, S/N 18)

Why the charge is $0.00

The warranty is included in the package price. Every water connection Homeone makes is inspected by a PUB Licensed Plumber and tested before handover. The warranty is the assurance that if anything develops after the inspection, Homeone comes back and fixes it.

The bottom line

1 year. On-site. Next business day. Zero cost. If a water leak develops at any connection Homeone installed, we come back and fix it.
