Terms & Conditions

Scope and conditions specific to gas water heater replacement — please review before booking.

Homeone will replace the existing gas instantaneous water heater with a new unit, which may or may not have similar specifications and capacity — the selection will be agreed upon before proceeding. The installation will comply with all statutory requirements, including the Gas Supply Regulations for gas work, the Public Utilities Act for plumbing work, and the Electricity (Electrical Installations) Regulations for electrical connections. Work on the gas pipe is limited to within 1 metre of the gas heater.
  6. 6
If the new heater is positioned more than 200mm from its existing location, it will be considered a relocation, and an additional charge will apply. +S$150
