The customer reported that their Joven JH68 water heater had stopped providing hot water. Concerned about the inconvenience and potential safety risks, they sought a professional solution to fix the no hot water issue. We promptly arranged a site assessment to investigate the condition of their existing hot water system.
During the site assessment, we identified the following key issues with the Joven JH68 heater:
1. Age of the Unit: The manufacture date of the existing heater was 2009, indicating that it had reached the end of its service life.
2. Warranty Status: The Joven JH68 heater came with a 2-year product warranty, a 2-year warranty on internal components/parts, and a 5-year leak-proof warranty on the inner tank. However, these warranties had long expired.
