During inspection of the Indoor Bosch JSRZ5-T PG Gas Heater, our licensed specialists identified the following issues:
Over 20 Years in Service – The manufacture date confirmed the heater had exceeded its recommended service lifespan.
Corroded Heater Body – The unit showed severe wear, with rust visible on the mounting bracket and casing.
Aging Piping – The connected piping had visible rust and buildup, reducing safety and efficiency.
Deteriorated Valves – Both the gas valve and water stop valves were old and difficult to operate due to corrosion.
With these findings, the heater was deemed unsafe for continued operation and required full replacement.
