Caribbean at Keppel Bay
Condominium
Homeowner at Esparina Residences, reported water heater leaking and weak heating from an older Rheem water heater. Our licensed team inspected the system and recommended a full replacement to restore safe, reliable hot water across both bathrooms.

This project involved replacing a water heater leaking above the false ceiling. The unit was located near the servicing access panel, making the replacement work straightforward.
During inspection, the old power cable was found undersized at 1.5 mm², so it was upgraded to 2.5 mm² for safety and reliability. All nearby fittings — including the valves, drainpipe, and water pipes within one metre — were renewed, giving the homeowner a safer and longer-lasting setup.
The unit had reached the end of its lifespan, and repair was no longer practical. The decision was made to replace it with a same model Rheem EHG-60.
