1. Supply and Delivery:

2. Removal of Existing Heater:

3. Installation of New Heater:
We installed the Rheem 65SVP10S with secure brackets inside the ceiling cavity. All piping connections were made using stainless steel and premium-grade fittings, with layout adjusted to accommodate the larger tank.
4. Installation Upgrades for PUB Compliance:
To meet safety standards:
A certified double-check valve was installed.
The existing drain pipe was tested and confirmed to be functional.
New electrical bonding was added.
A new heater isolator was installed.
Every installation stage was overseen by a PUB-licensed plumber to ensure full compliance with Singapore’s plumbing regulations.
5. Ceiling Modification and Access Panel Creation:
Due to the inaccessibility of the original access panel, a new access panel was created directly beneath the heater. This allows for safer and easier future servicing. Ceiling cutting was carried out with precision.
6. Ceiling Reinstatement:
Once the installation was completed, we reinstated the affected ceiling area. A professional finish was achieved around the newly installed access point, restoring the aesthetics of the condo unit.
7. Testing and Commissioning:
Water pressure, temperature, and electrical performance were fully tested. Leak checks and system stress tests were conducted to ensure optimal operation of the new 38L unit.
8. Tidy-Up:
After the cleanup of all debris, we conducted a final inspection.
