Rheem Water Heater Replacement: Resolving No Hot Water Issue at OUE Twin Peaks on 20 Feb 2025

A customer contacted us via WhatsApp, reporting no hot water. Upon assessment, we found the Rheem water heater was manufactured in 2012, exceeding its lifespan. Internal deterioration and aging components made repair unfeasible. Additionally, the ceiling access panel was too far from the heater, making servicing difficult.

To restore hot water, we recommended replacing the unit with a new Rheem heater of the same model for seamless installation. We also proposed cutting a new ceiling access panel for easier maintenance. This ensures long-term reliability, prevents unexpected failures, and provides the customer with a safe, efficient hot water solution.

Replacement of Rheem EH-40M Water Heater to resolve heater problems end of service life.

Rheem EH-40M Water Heater is the new installation. All pipe works connecting to the heaters are stainless steel. Following the manufacturer's specifications, a new approved stop valve and double-check valves are employed. Such will comply with PUB Regulations. Our Licensed Plumber has supervised and approved the installation. There is a 1-year warranty by Homeone for this installation on top of the warranty provided by the manufacturer.

Site Assessment Findings:
