1
Check the Water Temperature
Turn on the hot water tap.
- Water becomes too hot suddenly, or
- Water is not heating up at all
This is a common sign of an E2 error, which is linked to temperature control issues.
-
2
Check the Display Panel
Look at the heater screen or controller.
- E2 error code appears
- Heater shuts down on its own after starting
This shows the heater has detected an abnormal temperature condition.
-
3
Reset Once Only
- You may try a basic reset once.
- Switch off the heater power
- Wait about 30 seconds
- Switch it back on and try again
If the e2 error comes back, do not keep resetting.
⚠️ Important: Do not open the heater or attempt repairs.
