Safety regulations to take note
According to Public Utilities Act 2001 Section 40G
40G.
(1) An individual must not carry out, or offer or undertake to carry out, any
regulated works unless the individual —
(a) is a licensed plumber; or
(b) acts under the direct supervision of a licensed plumber
(7) Any person who contravenes subsection (1), (2), (3) or (4) shall be guilty of an
offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to
imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both

Every heater installation is assigned a unique PUB project number, ensuring your utmost protection.

PUB Submission Notice
Please be advised that submitting a PUB application is mandatory for all storage water heater installations and replacements. This requirement ensures that all work complies with PUB regulations.
As part of the submission process, all necessary valves and piping must be installed according to PUB standards. This may involve modifying existing piping or adding new sections as needed.
Additionally, the PUB submission is required to meet warranty terms from all manufacturers. Failure to comply will result in the heater warranty being voided.
