Ferroli GS 16 OE TG gas heater replacement at Caspian - 30 May 2024

Replaced Ferroli GS 16 OE BIP TG Gas Heater at end of service life.

Replaced Rinnai REU-2024WP-RS Gas Heater and corroded sections of cold water PPR piping with new piping. Utilised single-use fittings during the replacement to ensure optimal joint integrity. Reconnecting old fittings again risks erosion, particularly in high-speed water systems, and raises the chance of corrosion in water and gas piping. This increases the risk of water or gas leaks. Replaced the faulty cold water sensor as part of overall maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
